The private rooms at Heart Wood Place Bed and Breakfast allow you to appreciate Southeastern Michigan events and activities during the day, and return to a relaxing, serene atmosphere to unwind for the night. We have four private rooms to accommodate you, each with their own private bath, and beautiful scenic view.

The Peace room features a three-piece matching antique ensemble with ornate carving and four different types of wood. The beautiful pheasant photos on the walls are reminiscent of the pheasants you see outside our Bed and Breakfast.
The Peace room also offers a private bathroom, which includes a built-in hairdryer. A scenic bay window offers a beautiful wooded view with a majestic morning sunrise to awaken you in the morning.
Our spacious Harmony room features an antique Jenny Lind Hired Man’s Bed, and the private bathroom includes a built-in hairdryer. The southern view outside the window is beautiful, and the Harmony room sleeps 2 to 4 people.
Our Tranquility room features beautiful carvings on the bed, and accommodates 1 or 2 people.
A comfortable oak rocker is also available in the room, for your morning meditation or to write in our journal. This room has a western view of our pond, as well as a private bathroom.
The Serenity room features a full-sized Sleigh Bed, as well as a ¾ size Jenny Lind bed, and accommodates 2 to 3 people. This room has a beautiful southern view, as well as a private bathroom.
All four Guest Rooms are on the second floor of the Bed and Breakfast, accessible by a large, carpeted, interior oak stairway.
All our Guest Rooms have private baths with a seated shower.
Beautiful views are enjoyed from each of the Guest Rooms.
A Specialty Vegetarian Breakfast is complementary, served family style, at your convenience no later than 9:30 am. This is a great opportunity to experience cuisine that may be unique for you!
We offer a smoke-free, drug and alcohol-free, and pet-free facility.
Wireless Internet connection is available for our guests, at no cost.
Upon booking your room, you may schedule time for any of the Day Spa or Massage Therapy services. Later requests would be granted, based on availability.

From North M-52 out of Adrian Michigan, turn left onto West Valley Rd., head west to Bent Oak Hwy. Turn left onto Bent Oak Hwy and drive south to Hunt Rd. Turn right onto Hunt Rd. and drive west to Wisner Hwy. Turn right onto Wisner Hwy. and drive north - you will see a large stone, flagpole, and Heart Wood sign on the right. Heart Wood Place is NOT accessible from Moore Road to the north.
