• B&B reservations may be canceled with at least 72 hour notice at no charge.

• B&B reservations are held by Discover, MasterCard, and Visa

• Cash, personal check, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa may pay Lodging or services.

• “A day at the Spa” reservations require Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. “A day at the Spa” reservations cancelled prior to one week will have no charge. Cancellations in less than one week will be charged the full Rate of spa day.

• To best serve our clients, we ask that you be punctual for all scheduled appointments.

• Cancellations prior to 24 hours for all individual services will incur no charge. Less than 24 hours cancellations will result in being charged the full rate of missed service.
