We extend an open invitation to stay at Heart Wood Place, a Michigan Bed and Breakfast, located in serene Lenawee County. Nestled in 10 wooded acres in Adrian, a Southeastern Michigan scenic farmland community, we offer the specialized services that make your visit memorable and unique.

Appreciate the tranquility while you enjoy the wildlife, bird-watching, a walk through the woods, and a pond.

Each morning, a scrumptious, full specialty Vegetarian breakfast is served for you, which you can enjoy in the relaxing dining room overlooking the back deck and woods. Often, deer or rabbits wander through our yard, giving a relaxing viewing pleasure while you eat.

Beautiful Rooms and Common Areas

Each guest room has an in-room private bath, and has a theme of its own. Our Private Rooms include: Peace, Harmony, Serenity and Tranquility. A common television room is available to guests, with reading materials and relaxing games also available.

While staying at Heart Wood Place Bed and Breakfast, you can pamper yourself with any of our Day Spa or Massage Therapy services. If you need a Conference Room to host a meeting, we have a fully-handicapped accessible room that accommodates groups of up to 30 people.

Your Bed and Breakfast experience should be geared towards your interests, and we often help you with suggestions and reservations with local attractions, restaurants, and special events. Our over-the-top, personalized concierge services come naturally, because we want your stay to be as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Besides local reservations, we’ve helped guests locate the best strawberry-picking locations, visit historical attractions, peruse antique shops, and attend live theater events. If you have faster-paced activities in mind, we are closely located to the races at MIS International Speedway, or the many sporting events at our local colleges and universities.

Directions:

From North M-52 out of Adrian Michigan, turn left onto West Valley Rd., head west to Bent Oak Hwy. Turn left onto Bent Oak Hwy and drive south to Hunt Rd. Turn right onto Hunt Rd. and drive west to Wisner Hwy. Turn right onto Wisner Hwy. and drive north - you will see a large stone, flagpole, and Heart Wood sign on the right. Heart Wood Place is NOT accessible from Moore Road to the north.
